Our ICFP Toolkit helps Academies and Trusts plan the best curriculum for their pupils with the funding available. As an ICFP first budgeting tool, our ICFP Toolkit is built on our six years of experience in the SRMA programme. Our software enables Academy and Trust Leaders to design curriculum, staffing structure and finance models over a number of years, to enable strong outcomes. Our software works by:

• Importing staffing, financial and curriculum data from your MIS and Finance system.
• Enabling the building of different scenarios for each academic year, enabling effective curriculum design discussions.
• Calculating a range of ICFP metrics, including contact ratio, spending per pupil, to name a few.
• Comparing each school against national benchmarks as well as set targets that can be monitored.
• Comparing Academies across the Trust by clusters, regions, phases or any other desired grouping.

Our ICFP Toolkit enables:

• Efficient deployment of staff across each Academy and the Trust.
• Identification where the curriculum model is inefficient, looking at subject, year group and directorate level.
• Monitoring student recruitment to enable effective planning where there are declining student numbers.
